Radka Pet\u0159valsk\u00e1, a notarial deed NZ 246\/2025 dated 25.6.2025 was drawn up and filed in the collection of deeds.<\/p><p>Following this decision, LISA TECH hereby invites the shareholders:<\/p><p>a) to surrender all shares issued by LISA TECH for the purpose of their book-entry,<\/p><p>and<\/p><p>(b) to communicate the number of the property account in the relevant register in which the shares are to be registered;<\/p><p>at the address of the registered office of LISA TECH within 2 (two) months from the date of publication of the decision to convert the certificated shares into book-entry shares in the Commercial Gazette.<\/p><p>The Board of Directors of LISA TECH
